Mid Cities Erectors
has grown to one of
the largest erectors
in the state by
providing quality
erection services
while maintaining
one of the best
safety records in
our industry.
Mid Cities
employs a full time
safety director to
continually educate
our foremen and
crews, and to
inspect the job
sites. All foremen
are required to
complete a
thirty-hour OSHA
training course and
all employees are
required to complete
four hours training
prior to starting
work.
We provide our
services to steel
fabricators, general
contractors, and to
national development
companies. We travel
to wherever our
customers needs
require and have
worked in states
from Pennsylvania to
Florida to Arizona.
We are currently
licensed in
Louisiana and
Arizona. We also
provide tiltwall
panel erection for
other steel
erectors.
Mid Cities
Erectors has its own
cranes ranging from
75 tons to 250-tons
capacity and employ
some of the best
operators in the
industry.
We are expanding
into the crane
rental business with
emphasis on meeting
our customer's needs
and satisfaction.
We are members of
the NFIB (National
Federation of
Independent
Business), Steel
Erectors Association
and Specialized
Carriers & Rigging

Scott Brooks,
President
Worked in the
steel erection
business for the
past twenty-three
years. Worked
primary for three
large local
erectors, working up
from hand to foreman
over crews. Later
ran a steel erection
business for a local
fabricator prior to
starting Mid Cities
Erectors LLC.
Started Mid
Cities Erectors in
2000, and have
steadily grown the
company to one of
the largest in the
state of Texas.
Sales for 2005 were
just under ten
million dollars,
with most of our
business coming for
repeat customers.
Expertise comes in
experience in steel
erection and
tiltwall panel

James Whitley,
Estimator
Worked in the
steel industry since
1961, except for
three years in the
U.S. Army.
Two years working
in steel fabrication
for the aircraft \
industry doing press
brake and steel
bench work. Eight
years in the steel
warehouse services
business running
shears and press
brakes, sales,
drafting and shop
foreman. Thirty plus
years in structural
steel fabrication as
General Manager and
later as Vice
President for local
steel fabricator,
that also had small
erection business.
Joined Mid Cities
Erectors LLC in late
2004 as estimator.
Duties consist of
project takeoff and
proposals, contract
review, writing
change orders, job
coordination and
drafting, plus
whatever else is
needed. |

Roberto S.
Castillo, Office
Manager
Grew up in the
Panhandle and joined
the US Army shortly
after graduating
from High School.
Served overseas in
Vietnam, Korea, and
Germany. Retired
from the US Army
after serving 20
years. Moved to the
Metroplex in 1988
and worked as the
Office Manager for
Dalworth
Restoration, Inc.
for 14 years. Joined
the staff of Mid
Cities Erectors as
the Office Manager
in August 2002 and
is still serving in
this capacity. |

Douglas
Greathouse,
Safety Director
Joining Mid
Cities Erectors in
2006, Doug holds a
bachelor of science
degree from Texas
Wesleyan University
and brings over 25
years of management
experience,
leadership,
teaching, human
resources, and
investigation. He
holds certifications
in and is qualified
to teach such
classes as the
10/30-hour OSHA
Course, life saving
CPR/AED, First Aid,
variable reach forklift, boom
lift, and scissor
lifts. Doug
oversees all aspects
of safety policy
development, and
implementation, with
an emphasis on
training and
providing proper
equipment to the
field crews. |

Superintendent
Joined Mid Cities
Erectors in 2004.
Served in the U.S.
Marines from
1987-1991 and has
over twenty-five
years experience in
management,
leadership and the
construction
